I need some info….. My wife used a calling card to call srok khmer almost every day$$$$$. I would like to know what other method to use to save money? Is the Iphone/Samsang a good way to go due to their VOIP cability? Srok khmer end person is mobile most of the times!
Please give some suggestion (skype?????…..). Thank you:)

I think metfone data is unlimited with 70 cents a day. If they live in Phnom Phen, it could be better alternative. You can video skype, and the speed isn’t to bad.
