    ANNOUNCEMENT ON FACEBOOK FAN PAGE: I am planning to do another video tutorial soon. Please let me know what video you would like to see next. The one that get the most “LIKE” (on Facebook Fan Page) will be the selected for the video. Ingredients used will also be part of the final decision since not everyone have access to the same kind of things. Be easy on me OK, because I am a just a beginner Cambodian Cook. =) Thank you all for your comment and feedback.

    For my love of Kroeung I do try to create new dishes utilizing this fragrant spice mixture. What’s new in this recipe is the ingredients I used to make the stuffing. It might sound like too much to accompany rice but then the thought of stuffed turkey with mash potatoes and gravy all in one meal came into mind. That isn’t much right? :D Come to think about it if I have a date this Thanksgiving this might just be the ideal Cambodian Thanksgiving Dinner or two. :)

    That is true, I had that in mind and mentioned in my blog post too. Just a little bit different with the stuffing;

    interesting stuffing thanks, typically used black ear mushrooms, seing(fermented beans), meesur noodles and dried banana flowers(tied up) as stuffings..love using cornish hen to make pickled lime soup also.
