    I don’t mean to be mean, but there’s a person that threw up while looking at that steak.

    I feel sorry for her too, she have never seen sth as awful as that.
    The reason is b/c she’s from srok srae Cambodia, she went to live in France and saw how pple ate their steak medium rare.

    Dear Diary,

    What a chilly weekend so far. The talk of cold front and wind chill is all over the news. In times like this, the tummy and mind hunger for some comfort. Comfort food is what we all turn to for warmth. It satisfy the soul and the tummy. Saturday morning, I woke up early and start my somlaw curry for nombajok. Again, I used moun svet. I heart moun svet. :D

    Korb, no worries about your steak(not that you’re losing sleep over it lol), but it looks magnificent! It is completely normal for blood to rise to the top when the meat is cut.
