I’m currently a loan processor in VA. Although I’m not interested in the position, I was simply wondering who some of your lenders are. I work with Premier Mortgage Funding, Inc. here in VA. I’ve only been in the industry for about 2 months but I feel as though I have a pretty firm grasp of it all. I’d like to chat some time about business, if you don’t mind.

They prefer an experienced processor, minimum 1 year. This company generates high volumes, so they seek an individual who has the capacity to handle the load with little or no training required- primarily in the subprime market.

What co. is that? b/c i work in that area too. I work in Irvine, working my way to become a proccessor or an Loan Officer. My friends are making 10k a mo. and I thought that was rediculous, but there are lots of money to be made in the mortgage industry.
