maybe she just blinks alot? and you just taking it as shes winking at you lol.
Some people have a medical condition which makes them blink alot. Make sure she doesnt have that first, then you could initiate a move on her if she does not have the medical condition.

Last night, she came to communicate to me….and she had smooth smilled lovely conversation. She’s from pleasant…
Her Dad had own foodland 6 stores, I was so interestd to get involve to these types of people, cuz I love to do business owner as well. My parents who ownered fabrics store before ah viet occupied the Kampuchea Krom, after that the Communist Regime confiscated it all. That was why my parents got illed from that time till they passed away from this world.
