QIP Company From USA to Canada

Its happening in Montreal Quebec last week…Its a case as below:
Its very stranged to see this Comapy was striked by more than 1,500 employees suround it, cuz those employees were got laid off and didnt get their last pay.

A news Reporter came to interview a Company owner as:
Sir, How come the 1,500 employees dont get their last pay???
Owner said: Cuz the monies that I took from them putting investment and then those monies were burn out all. thats why. I will pay them later but I dont promise when!!!

This Boss was sent to jail for 15 years by judge verdicted him…

What do you all think about that case???
