You know, you could have message me instead of putting up a thread..lol.

Actually, I’m working on mines now. Dieting and cardio is the thing for me. You need to shed the belly fat in order for the six pack to expose itself.

I do a lot a core training and I touch up on abs 3 times a week. I do a lot of medicine ball twist, weighted crunches to help form the 6 pack. Any ab workouts that you do you want to add in the weighs in order to build up the muscle. My trainer, wants me to wear a wist trimmer to help shed water from my belly.

For your beer belly, as long as you cut down the intake and do your cardio, eat healthy, and drink water you should lose it. Just remember to stay focus on your goal.

I do a lot different variation of planks. One of my favorite (more advance moves), I hook up straps to a bar and place a bench directly where my feet would be at and use a BOSU ball and place it on the bench. I place my elbows on the straps and feet on a bosu and basically I’m in a suspended plank position for a bit over a minute.

Or you can put yourself in a plank position and go down halfway and just hold it there. Superman are good for core.

Here’s some idea for you

For my abs, I do a lot of v ups (add dumb bells between your feet if you want a challenge), windshild wipers, weighted crunches with dumb bells or medicine ball, toe touches, cable crunches standing and sitting, weighted reverse crunch, bicycle crunches. There’s so many different ab exercise that you can do. The important thing is to add weights to it to develop the muscle.

First of all, if you want to lose that beer belly, you need to limit your intake. It’s that simple. Then start cleaning up your diet. Eat healthy, less fried food, and drink plenty of water…that’s the only advice I can give you. If you start doing a zillion crunches it’s not going to help my friend! Dieting and exercise goes hand in hand.

There’s no short cut to weight loss, you just have to tough it out and know that you can do it.

Honestly, I have no idea what you are talking about Bong. I never heard of Curves…post up the link to it and I’ll take a look at it.

If your back is not strong, maybe you should work on strengthening your back muscles. Many people neglect their lower back when working on that body part. I always incorporate back extensions or even doing the superman. Or perhaps you should go see a chiropractor and have it look at. Your vertebra might be misaligned or off by a couple of inches and it could be the reason why you have back problems. That’s just my opinion.
