NO No NO!! I would never recommend Slim Fast or the Special K diet to anyone period!!! I tried that 4 years ago and didn’t lose a darn thing!
I highly recommend the 3 Hour Diet by Jorge Cruise. Basically you need to eat every 3 hours, 3 meals and two to three 100 calorie snack. That’s what jump start my weight loss before I started competing.
Remember 3500 calories = 1 lbs. If your output exceed your input, you will lose weight but starvation or just drinking a Slim Fast shake twice a day and a sensible meal at the end of the day will make you binge big time. No pain no gain!!!
I agree with the above statement. I don’t ever recomment diet. Just eat a well balance diet. Portion control and getting adeguate exercise is more important than trying to starve to lose weight. Small meals throught the day is great because it increase your metabolism and prevent you from being hugry. You don’t want to wait until you hungry to eat because you will binge and overeat.
Please kindly tell us wat you eat in those 3 meals and 3 snacks…that will be a great help to determine what food is good for weigh loss. Thanks.

If you want my advice, base on my weight loss experience, start eating smaller meals throughout the day and drink lots of water. It will help jump start your metabolism.
