So who is going to Cabodia this April..

is it really hot that month?

I think getting hot there, cause close to khmer new year

Im thinking that i will be there in that month…Are you going to??

That’s what I have been told..but how else is one from here going to experience Khmer New Year if one worried about the heat?

I don’t reccommend going in April. It’s too hot!!! Heat stroke all around…CHEERS. Plus the police there banned all water fights in the city That was the best part haha.

We united to get Cambodian Gurl for each one…Then we will have fun altogether!!

I had a fever last year when I was in Cambodia at that month.

So just make sure you drink a lot of water!!!

i’m leaving next wednesday. will be there for the new year. very excited but i’ve been too busy to pack.

Is it due to the hotness or a combination of things MrAcura? I wonder how hot it would be at that time?

Hmm, you must have lots of clothing or too excited about the trip Sovie? So i guess you will be going for more than one month to be able to stick around for the new year.

actually all of my luggage is full of clothes that i’ll be giving away. there have been a steady stream of visiters that have come over to drop off clothes.

my personal luggage consists of one carry on. i’m not bringing very much. i expect to spend a lot of my time in sarongs, which i can just buy there anyways.

yep. a little bit more than 5 weeks. i finally get to celebrate khmer new years fully! can’t wait for all the romvong’ing and games!

i’ll be flying with cathay pacific. i think that’s the most popular airline right now because their luggage allowance is best.

your son is adorable, will he be coming on the trip too?

we should set up a KC meet in Cambodia for new years. that would be pretty awesome.

I see. I am leaving actually Thursday morning at 1AM! We have to be at the airport Wed night. CP probably is better than EVA, but we fly EVA because it saves time.

Yes he will be traveling. I don’t know how it will turn out to travel with a 6-month-old. Have a great time in Cambodia! Let’s contact while there for a meet up.

i want to spend a lot of my time just relaxing and being a country girl. but i’m pretty sure i’ll be doing a lot of travelling and other stuff.

i’ll be all over the place, but my home province is takeo.
