spa gift certificate

i got a spa gift certificate and i wanted to know if i can/should include the tips in the gift certificate or if I should tip outside from the gift certificate? thanks.

the tip is never included with the gift cert.

well mines was……i bought one for my husband and they asked me if i wanted to include the tip now or give them later………so I paid for the tips too……
