For the past few days, I’ve been feeling weird. I’m not sick (no snotty nose or coughing), just this dazed feeling. It’s been becoming more prominent lately. I get plenty of sleep (turn in @ 9 pm and up by 4:30 am) and I guess I’m eating right. Just can’t pinpoint why I’m feeling like this. Ever so often, I have these lapsed or blackout episodes (5 to 10 seconds in length).
you may want to get checked for diabetes. but the best best is to talk to your doctor and describe to him/her your symptoms.
OH WOW! Right under my nose…you might be onto something because my dad’s a diabetic.
I’m super scared to go see a doctor though.

you shouldn’t feel scared. if you catch diabetes early enough, the treatment isn’t as severe. it’s always best to catch things early so that you can nip it in the bud. once you are at the later stages of anything, it is much more difficult to treat. diabetes at an early stage, with good care, and a healthy lifestyle, can be controlled and you can live a long and healthy life.
Go see the doctor and try eating right, get plenty of rest! Could be you’re just stress out??(:
I’ve actually started feeling better by cutting down all junk (ie sweets, chips, cola, burger etc). Been on a water and soup diet. One of friends in the health field said it could be from sinus infection. I took stress into consideration as well, since I’ve been working 10 hr days and weekends.

what you describe is a symptom of many many different possibilities.
Point is, it’s not wise to log on KC for medical advice. See a doc.

I was thinking u might suffer from apnea. but since u have enough of sleep, you might have coronary arties disease? Some patients suffer from that and it is a silent disease that most men get. Go check with ur doctor and with blood testing u might know what that is.

these symptoms alone is a red flag for something serious. you really should go see a physician ASAP.
I would have my blood count checked
and sugar level.. and the reason for that is doesnt matter if you’re eating right and adequate..if youre diabetic( not syaing u are though ) and cant create insulin, you’re sugar is stuck in your blood stream without getting to your cells and tgherefore u have the symptom of feeling daze like u didnt eat at all..so my primary guess to have check would be your CBC (blood count) and sugar level..
