    How can one lose tummy fat without losing weight? I’m not talking guys’ beer belly but just flabs that you can sort of pull at..almost like sach chrouk bei jorn.

    do you exercise?

    I don’t want to exercise. The only exercise I get is from short walks and from looking at work-out photos in magazines.

    Do sit-up. start from 20 at first then increase to hundreds. U’ll love ur tummy..though I’m not loving mine now coz too lazy lol

    Still need to lose tummy fat.
    I find men with flabs unattractive but he said (with a grin) “speak for yourself, you have a bit of fat too. You know with the Maccas you treat yourself to each week, we’re not surprised, right?”

    change your eating habits first and start to exercise.
