Unmoutable Boot Volume- dead blue screen

Can’t seem to find the right path yet…is this mean my HD not workable anymore?

It’s Dell Vostro 1500…

Did you run check disk? chkdsk r from the command promt. You can take your hard drive and plug into anotherr working computer or go to http://www.bootdisk.com/ and create a boot disk and run chkdsk r from there. If you HD has bad sector it will move data and boot files to good sector and block bad sector out.
