I’ve done some long hours at work the last couple of weeks – ate lunch at my desk and didn’t snack as frequently as I normally did, so as a result I lost 2kg. Now I have to remember to eat often so I can put the weight back on.

For me it’s the other way around. When I’m working I eat more than usual. Especially the long hours because I tend to binge more later at night when I don’t to eat my dinner earlier.

when I was younger…

1. my metabolism was high
2. I was more active in sports
3. I ate A LOT more.

Now that i’m older

1. my metabolism is low
2. I’m not as active in sports
3. I don’t get to enjoy eating as much as I love to because of reason 1 and 2

.

Not what I am looking for but before I died I’d like to full fill my dream first!

Get up do something. Just the walk on the park or just a long walk like Forest Gump “I’m tired now I wanna go home”:)

wrong, if you end up in hospital with just IV for a couple of weeks, you’ll lose 10-20lbs easy lol.
