Every object is an entry in KhmerConnection. Every line leads to another part of the story.
- Hover
- Pause orbit and preview an entry in the right-hand card. Move off the node to resume orbit and return to your focused entry.
- Click
- Focus an entry and illuminate its connections.
- Double-click
- On your focused entry, advance the tour. Follow unvisited connections, jump past dead ends, then explore the next nearby cluster. Jumps are not claimed relationships.
- Deselect
- Click empty space to clear your focus without moving the camera or clearing filters.
- Size
- Body radius uses a capped logarithmic scale of readable page text, not importance or popularity. Moons use a smaller range and stay smaller than their parent. Glow and the selection ring mark focus without inflating the body.
- Moons
- Recipes orbit dishes; recordings orbit collections. Each moon has its own path, speed, and starting angle. Hovering a moon pauses only that moon; all others keep orbiting. Moving off resumes smoothly. Hovering planets, dragging, navigation, Pause orbit, and reduced camera effects do not pause moons.
- Autopilot
- Automatically follows Next connection every 1–30 seconds; the default is 7 seconds. Stop holds the current node. It waits while this guide or another tab is in use, and starts off on each visit.
- Move
- Drag to orbit, right-drag to pan, scroll to zoom. Pause orbit stops only the viewport's automatic orbit, not the moons.
- Follow
- Use Back and Forward to retrace your exploration. “More info” opens the wiki separately.
- Space
- Toggle Autopilot. Stop holds the current node without changing the viewport-orbit setting.
- ← →
- Left goes back in history. Right goes forward, or follows Next connection if there is no forward history.
- ↑ ↓
- Raise or lower the viewing angle around the focused node. No effect in the unfocused overview.
- /
- Focus search and select its existing text. Shortcuts do not override typing, search navigation, form controls, or the open guide.
