Template:KC key art

Key art for a record page: shows the record's image in the page header, makes it the page image used by search results, hub directories and link previews, and sets the share-card image. Record templates call it with their own image, image_caption and image_alt fields; see Key art.

Fields: image (file name without File:), caption, alt, name (used as alt text when alt is empty), type (record type, for the share-card fallback), org_type (organization type), seo=no when the calling template sets its own share metadata. kind: logo or cover (covers include posters and album art) shows the image whole on a plain ground everywhere, never cropped; record templates pass it from their image_kind field. focus: left, center, right, top or bottom, the part of a very wide or very tall photograph that cards keep when they fill their frame; record templates pass it from image_focus. Other values are ignored. Both are recorded as ImageKind and ImageFocus. inherited=yes when the image belongs to another page (an event showing its guide page's art): the art is shown, but it is not recorded as this page's own image, so search results and directories show no image for the page.
