Infobox for a named magazine, newsletter, podcast, video series, journal or social editorial feed. Use the publication outline. Describe coverage, editorial credits, editions and access in ordinary article sections. Do not create an organization simply to fill the publisher field.

A named continuing editorial project with a substantive Khmer connection. Not a publisher organization, individual issue or recording, or archival holding.
