The APIA Scholarship supports underserved Asian and Pacific Islander American undergraduate students attending U.S.-accredited institutions. Awards range from one-time $2,500 grants to multi-year $20,000 awards, with additional mentorship, leadership, advising, coaching, and conference opportunities.

Eligibility
Asian and Pacific Islander American students enrolling or currently enrolled as degree-seeking undergraduate students at a U.S.-accredited college or university. Applicants must identify as Asian and/or Pacific Islander ethnicity as defined by the U.S. Census; be a U.S. citizen, national, or legal permanent resident, or a citizen of the Republic of the Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, or the Republic of Palau; enroll or be enrolled as an undergraduate at a U.S.-accredited institution in the academic year following application submission; have a minimum cumulative unweighted GPA of 2.7 on a 4.0 scale or have earned a GED; and apply for federal financial aid using the FAFSA. Special focus is given to students living at or below the poverty level or otherwise of low socioeconomic status, first-generation college students, geographically and ethnically diverse students—especially those historically and currently underrepresented on college campuses—and students demonstrating commitment to their community through leadership and service.
