The grant supports Cambodian artists and cultural practitioners working at the intersection of art and society to attend workshops, residencies, training courses, research presentations, and other art and cultural events in Taiwan and the Mekong region. It supports visa and insurance costs, transportation, accommodation, per diems, registration fees, and other travel-related expenses, while encouraging engagement with network partners and mutual learning.

Eligibility
Artists and cultural practitioners from all disciplines working at the intersection of art and society, including film, performing arts, visual arts, and writing communities. Applicants must be residents of Cambodia who hold Cambodian citizenship or a K-Visa. "Art and Social Action" includes linking art to social issues, involving people beyond usual art circles, contributing to the public good, reflecting on or questioning social realities through one's artwork, or working with communities to share their stories and create opportunities for dialogue, connection, and change. Applicants must show strong commitment to attending the event, explain the importance of the program and learning progress, submit a brief narrative report no later than one month after returning, and participate in an informal sharing session.
