Wat

Chùa Cà Săng is a Khmer Buddhist Wat in Hàm Giang commune, Vĩnh Long, Vietnam.[1]

History

The main hall (chính điện) was built hundreds of years ago. It had few patterns at first, with a red fish-scale tile roof and some simple patterns on the heads of the outer corridor columns. After the hall fell into disrepair and was restored, many patterns were added, and the older patterns were kept.[1]

Religious life

As of October 2026, Thượng tọa Nhan Chane is the Wat's abbot (trụ trì).[1]
