Wat

Chùa Hạnh Phúc Tăng is a Khmer Theravada Buddhist Wat in Trung Thành commune, Vĩnh Long province, Vietnam. It was formerly in Vũng Liêm district.[1]

Religious life

Besides its religious life and yearly festivals, the Wat raised more than 992 million đồng for welfare work over the association term that ended in early 2025.[2] In 2025, its abbot, Thượng tọa (Venerable) Sơn Ngọc Huynh, chaired the Patriotic Monks' Solidarity Association of the former Vĩnh Long province, and the provincial Party secretary visited him and the association at the Wat for Khmer New Year (Chol Chnam Thmey) on April 16, 2025.[1] Provincial delegations visited the Wat again for Sene Dolta, the festival for ancestors, on September 17, 2025.[3][4]
