On September 18, 2025, city leaders visited the Wat to offer greetings for Sen Dolta, the festival for ancestors.[2] On the morning of October 29, 2025, the Wat held the launching ceremony for its ngo racing boat before the Ok Om Bok festival. Lay followers, the management board and commune leaders joined in prayers for the crew's safety and success; the commune had given funds toward the crew.[1]
