Christoph Strobel is a historian on the faculty of the history department at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where his research covers colonial and Indigenous relations and global and comparative approaches to North American history. His books include Native Americans of New England and War and Colonization in the Early American Northeast, and he has served as a co-principal investigator on a National Park Service funded project. He conducted oral history interviews with members of Lowell's Cambodian community that are preserved in the Greater Lowell oral history collection.
