Kethana Dunnet is a Cambodian chef and restaurateur who returned to Cambodia in 2002 and founded The Sugar Palm, with restaurants in Siem Reap and Phnom Penh. Her cooking is built on traditional home-style Khmer dishes, and she teaches classes in which visitors cook from market and farm ingredients.
