The Light Ahead Movement (LAM), also known as the LAM Family Foundation, is a 501(c)(3) Cambodian-American family foundation with offices in Long Beach, California and Dallas, Texas. It was founded by a Cambodian-American family whose parents survived the Khmer Rouge genocide, with the stated mission of funding "the students and entrepreneurs our parents never had the chance to become." Its work is organized around three pillars: Educate (scholarships and mentorship), Empower (small-business grants and coaching), and Elevate (family and community resilience programs).
