Overview
Mitapeap Khmer Restaurant opened Dec. 21 in a former Vietnamese eatery in Tacoma’s K-mart shopping center. Sovanna Eang described the 40-seat restaurant as “the first true Khmer-owned restaurant in Tacoma”; it is the first restaurant for both owners, who share the cooking.
