Mona Sang is a Cambodian American chef who opened the Cambodian restaurant Khmai in the Rogers Park neighbourhood of Chicago in mid-2022. She had previously spent about seven years cooking in the Lettuce Entertain You group, including at the Ivy Room, and also ran a catering business. Her menu pairs dishes she learned from her mother, such as prahok ktiss, somlor kari and samlor korko, with modernised preparations.
