The exhibition has painting, sculpture and installations. It also shows sacred art of Indigenous communities, among them the Jarai: objects used in rituals to keep away evil spirits, call the rain or protect villages, which begin the route through the show. The organizer, Marina Pok, says showing them involved work with the communities and asking their elders' permission.[2] The artists named include Leang Seckon, Tam Sothea, Hul Kanah and Srun Rida.[1][2]
It is held at the same time as the 20th Francophonie Summit in Cambodia on November 15 and 16, but is not part of the summit's official program.[2]
