Cambodian martial arts grandmaster who led the postwar revival of bokator and founded its national federation.
San Kim Sean is a Cambodian martial arts master credited with reviving bokator, the Khmer battlefield martial art suppressed under the Khmer Rouge. He taught hapkido in Houston and Long Beach in the United States before returning to Cambodia in 1992, settled in Phnom Penh from 2001, and founded the Cambodian Bokator Federation and a bokator academy where he trains students and instructors.
