Sea Festival, Preah Sihanouk (December 2026)

Sea Festival, Preah Sihanouk (December 2026) is the 12th edition of Cambodia’s Sea Festival.[1] The festival is scheduled for December 18 to 20, 2026, in Preah Sihanouk province.[1] As of May 11, 2026, the Ministry of Tourism has scheduled the festival for those dates.[1]

Opening and coastal provinces

Prime Minister Hun Manet is scheduled to preside over the official opening ceremony.[1] The announced theme is “Sea Value: Blue Economy Connects Coastal Biodiversity.”[1] Cambodia has held the festival annually since 2011, rotating it among Preah Sihanouk, Kep, Koh Kong and Kampot.[1]
