Sorey Long is a Cambodian cook described as an experienced chef who taught Cambodian cookery in France. Over about a decade she wrote down hundreds of Khmer recipes, which her daughter Kanika Linden photographed, measured and edited into the cookbook Ambarella, Cambodian Cuisine, first published in French and issued in English in October 2013.
