TU Cambodian Classical and World Music Ensembles, Towson (November 2026)
TU Cambodian Classical and World Music Ensembles is a free concert by two student ensembles of Towson University (TU) in Towson, Maryland, on November 23, 2026.[1] The Asian Arts & Culture Center at Towson University presents it.[1]
The Cambodian Classical Ensemble plays pin peat instruments. The pin peat orchestra has for centuries played for Khmer classical dance and for royal, sacred and religious ceremonies. The second group, the World Music Ensemble, plays music arranged from traditions outside the West.[1]
