Overview
Sophai and Van Chey purchased Tan’s Donut in 2000 from the Tan family. After closing for a dining-room remodel in winter, the Santa Rosa restaurant reopened in January with an expanded Cambodian menu. Sophai learned Cambodian cooking while watching her mother operate a roadside stand in Phnom Penh. Founder/owner: Sophai Chey and Van Chey.
