Overview

Theary Cambodian Foods, LLC is a woman-owned, Asian-owned Cambodian restaurant at 2012 South 320th Street, Suite C in Federal Way, Washington, founded by chef Theary Ngeth. Ngeth opened the restaurant to preserve Cambodian food traditions, provide comfort to fellow Cambodians, and fulfill her mother's dream of running a restaurant. She describes Khmer cooking as a process of preparing ingredients in stages so that flavors build into something distinctive. The kitchen serves authentic Cambodian meals made with fresh ingredients, including me ga tunk (sauteed chicken, eggs, and noodles), GoNgeit (spicy black pepper beef jerky), and kroeung Khmer-based dishes. Theary Cambodian Foods is a Spice Bridge alum, having incubated through the Federal Way food-hall program that supports immigrant and refugee women food entrepreneurs.
