Scholar of women, peace and security who leads the Cambodian Women's Oral History Project.

Theresa de Langis is a scholar and specialist on women, peace and security who has been based in Phnom Penh since 2012. She leads the Cambodian Women's Oral History Project, which works with Cambodian students and recent graduates to record and publish the testimony of women who survived the Khmer Rouge regime, and which has gathered testimonies from across the country. She has also written on the prosecution of sexual violence committed under the Khmer Rouge and co-authored a briefing paper on the issue for the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia.
