Wat Kratie Krong

Wat Kratie Krong (វត្តសិរីសន្ធរវង្ស, Wat Serei Sonthor Vong) is a Buddhist Wat in Kratie town.[1]
Religious life
During Pchum Ben, the 15-day festival for ancestors, lay people hold Kan Ben (កាន់បិណ្ឌ, Kan Ben), daily turns of offerings to the monks. On the morning of September 18, 2025, the 11th day, Samdech Men Sam An, the provincial administration, the armed forces and lay followers took part in the ceremony at the Wat, with the precepts, the bangskol (a rite in which monks chant for the dead) and offerings.[1]
