Wat Memot (វត្តបទុមរតនារាម, Wat Botum Rotanaram) is a Buddhist Wat in Tbong Wat village, Memot commune and district, Tbong Khmum.[1]
Religious life
During Pchum Ben, the 15-day festival for ancestors, lay people hold Kan Ben (កាន់បិណ្ឌ, Kan Ben), daily turns of offerings to the monks. On the morning of September 13, 2025, the sixth day, the monks, the Wat committee, the achar (lay ritual leaders) and lay followers held chanting at the Wat, joined by the provincial governor and officials.[1]
