Wat Nirouth (វត្តនិរោធរង្សី, Wat Nirouth Rangsey) is a Buddhist Wat in Sangkat Nirouth, Chbar Ampov, Phnom Penh.[1]
Religious life
During Pchum Ben, the 15-day festival for ancestors, lay people hold Kan Ben (កាន់បិណ្ឌ, Kan Ben), daily turns of offerings to the monks. On the ninth day of Kan Ben in 2025, Pa Socheatvong and his wife joined the chanting and the alms round for 135 monks at the Wat.[2] On the ninth day in 2026, they brought food and offerings for 162 monks.[1]
