Wat Phnom Preah Vihear (Batheay)

Wat Phnom Preah Vihear (វត្តភ្នំព្រះវិហារ) is a Buddhist Wat in Taing Krasaing commune, Batheay district, Kampong Cham province, Cambodia.[1]
Religious life
On March 9, 2025, the governor of Kampong Cham inaugurated 15 new works at the Wat, together with a paved road 5.5 km (3.4 mi) long that links the commune center to the Wat and two nearby villages; the works cost about US$1.3 million in all.[1] On August 6, 2025, the governor inspected nearly 1,000 young trees of valuable species planted in the Wat's grounds.[2]
