Religious life
On the morning of October 3, 2026, for the seventh round of Kan Ben (កាន់បិណ្ឌ), the provincial governor, the president of the provincial council, officials and lay followers took part in the ceremony at the Wat. They brought food, goods and money for the monks keeping the Vassa (ព្រះវស្សា) retreat there. The gifts came to more than 5 million riel, to be spent on building works in the Wat compound.[1]
