Religious life
On the morning of August 13, 2026, during Vassa (ព្រះវស្សា, Preah Vassa), the three-month rains retreat, the Kampot branch of the Cambodian Women's Association for Peace and Development and the provincial governor, Mao Thonin, brought Vassa candles and offerings to the monks keeping the retreat at the Wat. It was one of two Bokor Wats they visited that day.[1]
