History

Its abbot dates the Wat's founding to January 27, 2000.[1]

Religious life

On May 18, 2026, Samdech Khim Sorn, third deputy supreme patriarch, and Chay Borin, minister of cults and religion, planted trees and viewed the vegetable gardens the monks and lay residents keep on Wat land.[1]

The abbot was then Khun Sambot. The Wat had 10 monks, 30 lay ascetics (ta chi and yeay chi) and seven temple boys.[1]
