Wat Seyha Rotanaram
វត្តសីហរតនារាម
Wat Seyha Rotanaram (វត្តសីហរតនារាម) is a Buddhist Wat in Roka Knong, Doun Kaev, Takeo, Cambodia.[1]
Religious life
On May 11, 2025, the provincial governor led officials and residents in the province's Visak Bochea ceremony at the Wat, with a procession through Doun Kaev.[1]
On September 16, 2025, the ninth day of Kan Ben (កាន់បិណ្ឌ, Kan Ben) before Pchum Ben, provincial officials joined the ceremony there.[2]
On January 1, 2026, a foundation stone was laid in the Wat grounds for a pavilion to house a Buddha image.[3] On May 6, 2026, the Wat hosted the opening of the 2026 to 2027 Buddhist school year for the whole province.[4] In September 2026, a stone Buddha image was carried in procession to the new pavilion.[5]
