Wat Svay Botum (Svay Antor) (វត្តស្វាយបទុម, Wat Svay Botum) is a Buddhist Wat in Svay Antor 2 village, Svay Antor commune, Svay Antor district, Prey Veng.[1]
Religious life
On January 24, 2025, the governor of Kampong Speu province presided over a ceremony consecrating the Wat's gate, a 518 m wall, a 310 m concrete road to the Wat and other works built by the abbot, the achar, the committee and lay followers. About 1,200 citizens attended, with officials, students and teachers.[1]
The Wat serves four villages and is one of 48 Wats in Svay Antor district.[1]
