Wat Tonlap (វត្តទន្លាប់) is a Buddhist Wat in Khyang Tboung village, Svay commune, Samakki Meanchey district, Kampong Chhnang.[1]
Religious life
On the morning of October 8, 2026, Chhay Rithisen, minister of Rural Development, and the accompanying delegation took part in the twelfth turn (វេនទី១២) of Kan Ben (កាន់បិណ្ឌ) at the Wat and at Wat Dam Daek (វត្តដំដែក) in Tang Krasang commune, Tuek Phos district.[1] The minister, the delegation and Buddhists (ពុទ្ធបរិស័ទ) paid homage to the Triple Gem (ព្រះរតនត្រ័យ), took the precepts (សីល) and took part in the alms-bowl offering (រាប់បាត្រ).[1] The Kan Ben and Pchum Ben (ភ្ជុំបិណ្ឌ) of 2026 ran from September 27 to October 11, 2026.[1]
