Description

This guidebook supports the teaching of A History of Democratic Kampuchea (1975-1979). It was developed for genocide education in Cambodia and involved national and international teachers, experts, and scholars. (Documentation Center of Cambodia)

Learning context

The guidebook will be used across Cambodian high schools, reaching an estimated one million students in grades 9-12. As part of DC-Cam’s Genocide Education Project, more than 3,000 high school teachers will be trained to teach A History of Democratic Kampuchea (1975-1979).
