The Cambodian American Community Council of Washington (CACCWA) is a 501(c)(3) umbrella organization based in the Puget Sound area of Washington State. CACCWA strengthens Cambodian-American communities and organizations by promoting multi-ethnic community unity, cultural preservation, partnerships, collaboration, and capacity building for its member organizations.
Programs and services
- Digital Navigator Program (DNP) — digital literacy and access support.
- Small Business Resiliency Network (SBRN) — technical assistance for Cambodian-American small businesses.
- Labor and Industry (L&I) business support — worker safety and business compliance support.
Member organizations
CACCWA partners with organizations throughout Washington State whose missions align with its own. Member organizations participate in general meetings and help elect the CACCWA Board.

Fiscal sponsorship
CACCWA is the fiscal sponsor of Save Khmer at UW, a grassroots campaign raising $100,000 to keep the Khmer Language Program at the University of Washington running. Community events
CACCWA was part of the community collective behind the first Seattle Mariners Cambodian Heritage Night, on September 24, 2026. The event was anchored by the Khmer Language Arts and Culture Academy.
