Synopsis
The film follows Kosal Khiev after his release from an American prison and deportation to Cambodia, where he develops as a spoken-word poet. It documents his preparation to represent Cambodia at the London 2012 Cultural Olympiad, his work teaching literacy at a Cambodian dumpsite, and his struggle to establish a life in a country he barely remembers.
