Chùa Xà Xiêm Cũ is a Khmer Theravada Buddhist Wat in Bình An commune, An Giang province, Vietnam.[1]
Religious life
As of 2026, the abbot was Thượng tọa (Venerable) Hà Văn Phụng. On April 7, 2026, a delegation of the provincial Department of Ethnic and Religious Affairs visited the Wat with Khmer New Year (Chol Chnam Thmey, ចូលឆ្នាំថ្មី) greetings and gifts.[1] The Wat's miniature ngo boat team won the cup race held at Chùa Thôn Dôn in Rạch Giá on October 26, 2025, for the third year running.[2] The race, in its third edition, drew 42 teams, three of them from Cần Thơ, and a team from Chùa Khlang Mương took second place.[2]
