Southeast Asian studies scholar and editor who founded the Khmer Generations Project and edits and writes books on Khmer diaspora life.
Christine Su is a scholar of Southeast Asian studies and the founder and director of the Khmer Generations Project. She has been a college instructor, academic counselor and program director, served as director of the Center for Southeast Asian Studies at Ohio University, worked at the College of San Mateo, and has taught as visiting faculty in Southeast Asian studies and history at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. She wrote Voices of a New Generation: Cambodian Americans in the Creative Arts, co-wrote the cookbook Kroeung: Cambodian Cooking with Chef T with Visoth Tarak Ouk, and edited volumes of The Stilt House and Pheap Thon: Stories from the Khmer Diaspora. She has also advised the Royal University of Phnom Penh's Department of International Studies and the Sleuk Rith Institute and serves on the advisory board of the Cambodia Town Film Festival.
